Introducing nDuraCARE, our signature care and maintenance program designed to support the beauty and longevity of your nDura Flex and nDura ACT flooring and wall systems.

With every qualifying installation, clients receive a complimentary one-year nDuraCARE plan, offering enhanced protection beyond the standard warranty. Clients also have the option to renew annually—extending the life of their system with ongoing support for up to 10 years.

What’s Included in Your nDuraCARE Plan

Quarterly Inspections
Every three months, our team performs a full site assessment, reviewing high-traffic areas and checking for early signs of wear or failure. Early detection means faster, more cost-effective solutions.

Bi-Annual Deep Clean & Reseal
Twice a year, we provide a full strip, clean, and reseal service to restore surface clarity, remove contaminants, and strengthen long-term durability.

Honing & Refinishing Services
Where needed, we offer honing, polishing, and regrinding to repair light surface damage and bring back the original finish and luster of your floor or wall system.

Full Restoration
For projects requiring deeper attention, our restoration experts can bring worn or neglected surfaces back to life—extending the system’s usable life and value.

Client’s Daily Responsibilities

To preserve the performance and aesthetics of your nDura system, we recommend the following basic care practices:

Daily
• Dust mop with a clean, non-oily mop to remove dirt and debris
• Spot clean spills using a neutral pH cleaner diluted in warm water

Weekly
• Damp mop lightly soiled areas with a neutral cleaner
• For heavily soiled surfaces, use a mechanical scrubber followed by a rinse with clean water
• Once dry, buff floors using a dry brush to restore shine
